At TrabajoLatinoUSA.org, we operate as an organization committed to the labor market inclusion of the Latino community in the United States. Our services are designed to be accessible, useful, and responsive for both employers and candidates.
1. Non-refundable services and payments
Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases made on our website are final and non-refundable, except as described in section 2.
This applies to payments related to:
Publication of job vacancies
Promotional plans (featured vacancies, priority, etc.)
Customized visibility or assistance services
Donations made to the organization
🔔 Important:
Voluntary donations made to TrabajoLatinoUSA.org are non-commercial contributions and are therefore non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Exceptional cases with the possibility of reimbursement
We will only be able to evaluate a refund request if all of these conditions are met:
✅ The payment was duplicated or processed due to a technical error
✅ The service was not activated or used
✅ The request is made within 3 business days after payment
3. Procedure to request a refund
Send an email to pagos@trabajolatinoUSA.org with the following information:
Company or user name
Date and proof of payment
Specific reason for the request
Our team will evaluate your case and respond within 5 business days.
If applicable, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
4. About results and expectations
Posting a job or hiring a service on TrabajoLatinoUSA.org does not guarantee hiring or specific results, as these depend on multiple external factors.
For this reason, refunds are not given for lack of results, applications, or views.
5. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be posted on our website.
