We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or to promote services.

Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.

Assist in resolving customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Part-Time Position
REMOTE 100%
Equipment Provided

$20 per hour + performance based incentives

Training Schedule:
8am-11am CST Monday-Friday for first 2 weeks.
9am-12pm CST Monday-Friday for 3rd week.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required

Job Type: Part-time

Base Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - per week

Work Location: Remote
